Element Global Completes 2024 Audit with Record $8.7M Profit, 41% NAV Growth, and $70.7M in Total Assets

July 1, 2025 — Element Global Technologies Private Portfolio Ltd. has successfully completed its independent audit for the financial year ended December 31, 2024. The audit was conducted by Baker Tilly, which issued an unqualified opinion, confirming that the Fund’s financial statements present a true and fair view in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

In 2024, the portfolio produced $8.7 million in net gains, more than triple the result of the previous year. Net assets attributable to holders of redeemable participating shares grew by 41%, reaching $64 million compared to $45.7 million at the end of 2023. Total assets increased to $70.7 million, reflecting continued portfolio expansion and disciplined capital deployment.

Throughout the year, the Fund strategically shifted its portfolio toward growth-oriented assets, significantly increasing exposure to financial and digital instruments. This repositioning came alongside a sharp reduction in cash holdings, demonstrating a confident and long-term approach to capital allocation.
