Alma Isimova is the Business Development Officer for Central Asia and the Middle East at Raison, with over 10 years of experience in banking, investment advisory, and client relationship management. She joined Raison in 2023 as an Investment Advisor, was quickly promoted to Head of Sales, and in 2024 assumed her current role, where she leads strategic development and client engagement across key markets in the region.

Alma began her career in 2012 at DB JSC Home Credit Bank, then held Personal Services Manager positions at Sberbank Kazakhstan and Toyota Financial Services, focusing on VIP clients and financial product consulting. In 2019, she joined Freedom Finance, where she spent over three years driving client acquisition and promoting a culture of investing in securities.

At Raison, Alma combines her deep knowledge of financial markets with a client-first mindset. She is responsible for expanding business partnerships, onboarding key accounts, and building long-term relationships across Central Asia and the Middle East. Alma holds a university degree and has received professional training in AML, CRM, sales, negotiations, and financial product education.

Oxana Raim is the GM of Raison Wealth and Business Development Officer for Europe at Raison, where she leads the company’s private wealth platform, designed to connect high-net-worth individuals with curated investment opportunities, community, and strategic dialogue. She assumed this role in autumn 2024, following her earlier appointment as BDO Europe.

Oxana has worked at the intersection of venture capital, communications, and investor relations for over 14 years. She began her career in 2009 in marketing and digital media, later co-founding a communications consultancy, which evolved into a venture studio launching several startups. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Managing Director and Executive Partner at ICLUB Global (by TA Ventures), where she built the most active angel investor communities in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, and Applied Communication from the University of International Business in Kazakhstan. Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English, she is also proficient in Spanish.

Gulnur is the Head of Sales with over 17 years of experience in the financial sector. In her previous role at AO Investbanq, she was responsible for attracting and managing high-net-worth clients, negotiating, closing deals, and providing consultations on investment products. Gulnur also handled partner acquisition (B2B), negotiated partnership agreements, organized events and collaborations, and conducted internal training for staff on sales techniques.

Earlier in her career, she served as the Director of the VIP Service Department at AO "Bereke Bank", where she worked closely with VIP clients, organized meetings and calls, conducted sales training, and sold premium products.

Throughout her career, Gulnur has gained significant experience in team management, sales development, partner relations, and the analysis of investment portfolio managers. In her current role as Head of Sales, she continues to develop sales strategies and enhance client processes to drive further growth for the company.

She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov and is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

Vadim is a relationship management and financial markets expert with over 15 years of experience in the international financial sector. Previously, as Chief Relationship Officer at Neomarkets Ltd., Vadim was responsible for opening accounts with prime brokers and liquidity providers for digital assets, as well as establishing partnership agreements and engaging with key market players.

Earlier, Vadim served as Head of Broker Relations Department at Astana International Exchange (AIX), where he managed the onboarding of new participants and custodians and contributed to the development of new products. During this time, he successfully onboarded more than 20 participants.

His career also includes significant achievements at Qazkom (Kazkommertsbank JSC), where he worked as Director for Financial Institutions, participating in the sale of non-performing assets and preparing the bank's IPO on the London Stock Exchange.

In his current role as Head of Corporate Sales at Raison, Vadim focuses on corporate sales development and strengthening relationships with key clients.

Vadim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Turan University and has completed numerous international training programs on IFRS, debt and equity markets, and negotiations with leading global financial institutions.

In the past, she worked as a Senior Credit Administration Specialist at Bank CentrCredit, where she handled the processing of credit products and ensured compliance with banking regulations, as well as Deputy Regional Director at Nomad Life Insurance Company, where she focused on increasing sales, acquiring new clients, and expanding into new markets. She successfully managed a team, implemented new sales strategies, and improved customer loyalty. In her previous role at Nomad Life, she actively collaborated with key clients and implemented new strategies and solutions to ensure the company's stable growth.

Throughout her career, Liana has accumulated significant experience in managing client relationships, optimizing sales processes, and financial planning. In her role at Raison, she actively engages with clients, offering tailored financial solutions.

Liana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Accounting from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University and is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.

In her current role as a Relationship Manager at Raison, Aidana works closely with high-net-worth clients, offering tailored financial products and advising on wealth management, loans, deposits, and investments. She also actively collaborates with various partners to ensure a seamless client experience and customer retention.

Throughout her career, Aidana has accumulated significant experience in managing client portfolios, acquiring new clients, and providing advice on various banking products. She has held several positions, including that of Relationship Manager at Altyn Bank, where she successfully attracted new clients and maintained a stable client base.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Eurasian National University and is fluent in both Kazakh and English.

Abylaikhan is a financial specialist with 5 years of experience in the banking sector and private practice. He previously worked as an expert in the direct sales department at Bank RBK, where he was responsible for attracting and working with legal entities, as well as conducting cold calls.

Abylaikhan also has experience as a trader, trading stocks on the US and Kazakhstan stock markets. Prior to that, he held the position of Head of Sales and Service Manager at KSG EVRAZIA, where he was involved in negotiations, client management, documentation, and utilizing software such as 1C and MS Office.

Throughout his career, Abylaikhan has acquired valuable skills in sales, finance, and investments, as well as client management. He is fluent in Kazakh and Russian, with a B2 level of proficiency in English. In his current role as Relationship Manager at Raison, Abylaikhan continues to develop client relationships by offering tailored financial solutions.

Abylaikhan graduated from Eurasian National University named after L. N. Gumilyov, earning a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance, and then continued his studies at Turan-Astana University, where he completed a Master's degree in Economics and Finance.
