Alma Isimova

Alma Isimova is the Business Development Director for Central Asia at Raison, with over 10 years of experience in banking, investment advisory, and client relationship management. She joined Raison in 2023 as an Investment Advisor, was quickly promoted to Head of Sales, and in 2024 assumed her current role, where she leads strategic development and client engagement across key markets in the region.

Alma began her career in 2012 at DB JSC Home Credit Bank, then held Personal Services Manager positions at Sberbank Kazakhstan and Toyota Financial Services, focusing on VIP clients and financial product consulting. In 2019, she joined Freedom Finance, where she spent over three years driving client acquisition and promoting a culture of investing in securities.

At Raison, Alma combines her deep knowledge of financial markets with a client-first mindset. She is responsible for expanding business partnerships, onboarding key accounts, and building long-term relationships across Central Asia and the Middle East. Alma holds a university degree and has received professional training in AML, CRM, sales, negotiations, and financial product education.

Oxana Raim

Oxana Raim is the GM of Raison Wealth and Business Development Director for Europe at Raison, where she leads the company’s private wealth platform, designed to connect high-net-worth individuals with curated investment opportunities, community, and strategic dialogue. She assumed this role in autumn 2024, following her earlier appointment as BDO Europe.

Oxana has worked at the intersection of venture capital, communications, and investor relations for over 14 years. She began her career in 2009 in marketing and digital media, later co-founding a communications consultancy, which evolved into a venture studio launching several startups. From 2020 to 2023, she served as Managing Director and Executive Partner at ICLUB Global (by TA Ventures), where she built the most active angel investor communities in Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, and Applied Communication from the University of International Business in Kazakhstan. Fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English, she is also proficient in Spanish.

Baurzhan Mukhambetov is a financial expert with more than two decades of experience in banking and capital markets. At Raison, he drives business development and strategic expansion across Western Kazakhstan.

He played an important role in advancing the country’s capital markets, including the landmark public IPO of KEGOC. His expertise spans asset management and the structuring of investment opportunities for private and institutional clients, effectively bridging international financial instruments with Kazakhstan’s local market dynamics.

Aidar is Head of Sales at Raison. He combines leadership experience across finance, logistics technology, and fintech, giving him a rare perspective on both scaled operations and high-growth startups.

As Director of Strategy at Kazpost JSC, he drove a major corporate turnaround — launching key international joint ventures, developing strategic logistics hubs, and leading initiatives that grew revenue by 70% in two years, bringing the company to its first post-pandemic profit and earning a BBB- rating from Fitch.

Aidar also brings deep capital markets expertise. At the National Bank of Kazakhstan, he traded in money, FX, and gold markets while overseeing core operations of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange

Malika Akhmetchenova is a seasoned sales and regional management leader with deep expertise in financial services and retail banking.

From 2020 to 2025, she served as Regional Manager at AO Kaspi Bank, where she led sales strategy and execution for Kaspi’s ecosystem of services — including payments, marketplace, and consumer products. Malika managed high-performing teams, expanded service adoption across her region, and drove significant growth in customer engagement and revenue.

Since 2025, Malika has been serving as Business Development Officer Almaty at Raison, where she focuses on expanding the company’s presence in the region, building strategic partnerships, and driving growth across key client segments.

Vadim Yadrikhinskiy

Vadim is a relationship management and financial markets expert with over 15 years of experience in the international financial sector. Previously, as Chief Relationship Officer at Neomarkets Ltd., Vadim was responsible for opening accounts with prime brokers and liquidity providers for digital assets, as well as establishing partnership agreements and engaging with key market players.

Earlier, Vadim served as Head of Broker Relations Department at Astana International Exchange (AIX), where he managed the onboarding of new participants and custodians and contributed to the development of new products. During this time, he successfully onboarded more than 20 participants.

His career also includes significant achievements at Qazkom (Kazkommertsbank JSC), where he worked as Director for Financial Institutions, participating in the sale of non-performing assets and preparing the bank's IPO on the London Stock Exchange.

In his current role as Head of Corporate Sales at Raison, Vadim focuses on corporate sales development and strengthening relationships with key clients.

Vadim holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Credit from Turan University and has completed numerous international training programs on IFRS, debt and equity markets, and negotiations with leading global financial institutions.
