Gulnur is the Head of Sales with over 17 years of experience in the financial sector. In her previous role at AO Investbanq, she was responsible for attracting and managing high-net-worth clients, negotiating, closing deals, and providing consultations on investment products. Gulnur also handled partner acquisition (B2B), negotiated partnership agreements, organized events and collaborations, and conducted internal training for staff on sales techniques.
Earlier in her career, she served as the Director of the VIP Service Department at AO "Bereke Bank", where she worked closely with VIP clients, organized meetings and calls, conducted sales training, and sold premium products.
Throughout her career, Gulnur has gained significant experience in team management, sales development, partner relations, and the analysis of investment portfolio managers. In her current role as Head of Sales, she continues to develop sales strategies and enhance client processes to drive further growth for the company.
She holds a degree in Finance and Banking from Atyrau State University named after Kh. Dosmukhamedov and is fluent in Kazakh, Russian, and English.
