Raison’s venture fund passed the audit for 2022
An annual independent audit proves Raison’s compliance with the regulatory requirements and the company’s commitment to a high level of transparency.

Venture fund Element GTPP, managed by Raison Asset Management Corp (which is a subsidiary of Raison FinTechnologies Inc. holding) passed its independent audit. The auditor was Baker Tilly, one of the largest and most reliable international accounting firms. The report is already available for the fund’s clients.
All financial statements of Element GTTP fund — which comprise the Statement of Financial Position and the related Statements of Comprehensive Income, Cash Flows and Changes in Equity — for the year 2022 were approved by the auditor.
Raison Asset Management Corp and the funds that it manages are required to pass an annual independent audit by the company's regulators: U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (as an Investment Registered Advisor, SEC #801-107170) and BVI Financial Services Commission (as Approved Investment Manager, Certificate № IBR/AIM/15/0110).
About the fund Element GTPP is a multi-stage venture capital fund managed by Raison Asset Management, which invests in tech private companies with high potential growth. The portfolio consists of around 40 names, including such as SpaceX, Anthropic, and Neuralink.
