Central European Startup Awards is a regional part of The Global Startup Awards, which has been organized since 2012 and now covers 120 countries. The awards aim to recognize the best of the venture capital industry, including startups, venture capital funds, and accelerators.

Besides Raison, well-known companies from Central Europe, such as Depo Ventures, Speedinvest, iTech Capital, and Karma.vc have been nominated in the "Best Venture Investor 2023" category this year. The grand regional final will take place in January 2024 in Bratislava, Slovakia.
