AIX Assigns Its First ISIN in NNA Capacity

Astana International Exchange Registrar Ltd. (AIX Registrar) has commenced the assignment of securities identification codes following its designation as a National Numbering Agency (NNA) within the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).

The first financial instrument to receive an ISIN was R Debentures LLC — Deal Drive LPN 2025-A. The issuance was structured to finance a loan to Deal Drive Car Rental LLC, a fintech platform for automotive dealers in the MENA region and Europe, leveraging AI to manage inventory, pricing, and sales.

For the AIFC market, this represents a significant infrastructure milestone. The assignment of the first ISIN in NNA capacity confirms the readiness of the AIFC ecosystem to operate in line with international standards and to support cross-border capital markets transactions.
