According to Influencers. Club 2022 report on the creator economy, the industry consists of 200 million creators and over 300 startups. Based on the data from Statista, the market size has tripled since 2019, is currently worth $13.8 billion, and is estimated to grow to $15 billion by the end of the year.

Venture investors have been steadily showing interest in the fast-growing industry, doubling their investments since 2020. In the first half of 2020, the funding reaches $637 million and is set to go over the last year's $939 million.
