Raison arranged the placement of Qazaq Stroy on AIX

Raison, an international investment group, through its Kazakh brokerage company Raison Securities Ltd., acted as the arranger of the listing and placement of private bonds of LLP “Qazaq Stroy” on Astana International Exchange (AIX) for a total amount of $1.19 billion.

The funds raised will be used to finance an integrated infrastructure project for the production of potash fertilizers in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For Qazaq Stroy, this issuance marked its first entry into the debt capital market. The bonds were placed in U.S. dollars for a three-year term through AIX with the participation of Raison Securities Ltd.

The transaction enabled the company to secure long-term foreign-currency financing for the implementation of a major infrastructure project.
