Raison Securities Ltd has acquired the AFSA license

Raison is strengthening its position as a one-stop wealth management solution. Raison Securities Limited, part of Raison FinTechnologies holding, has acquired the AFSA* license.

The license allows to provide the following regulated services:

• Dealing in Investments as Agent (Broker),
• Dealing in Investments as Principal (Dealer),
• Advising on Investments,
• Arranging Deals in Investments.

Thanks to the broker license, Raison's users will have an option to buy U.S. stocks and bonds via Raison Securities Ltd. Stock trading in the app for customers will be launched in the next 3-6 months. Before this, broker services, arranging deals in investments, and investment advising will be accessible to a limited number of clients.

Raison will also keep providing venture investment deals via Raison Asset Management Corp.

Raison's clients will access various instruments, like self-trading, investment advising, or venture investments. It's not the easiest time for investors today, so having a trustworthy service provider with various options is especially important.
