$1.6M Kazakh Investment Boosts Rubrik

Kazakh investors have invested $1.6 million in the startup Rubrik, according to the investment holding Raison. This company, specializing in cybersecurity, caught attention after a successful IPO in April, managing to raise $752 million by placing 23.5 million shares at a price of $32 each. This exceeded the stated range of $28–31 per share, resulting in a market valuation of about $5.6 billion. The demand for shares was 20 times higher than the offered volume.

Experts at Raison note that Rubrik's financial results inspire confidence in future growth. The annual recurring revenue (ARR) grew by 40%, reaching $919.1 million, reflecting the high level of customer trust in the company's solutions. The number of customers bringing in more than $100,000 in subscription revenue increased by 35% compared to the previous year, reaching 1969.

Rubrik specializes in data security, its automated protection, and recovery after cyberattacks. Experts believe that investments in the company will be profitable in the long term due to its solid financial performance and successful IPO.
