Raison commits additional $2 million in Quantum Light

Raison backs Quantum Light — supporting resilient, globally focused venture platforms

Raison commits additional $2 million in Quantum Light

Raison, an investment platform, has announced an additional $2 million commitment to the early-stage venture fund Quantum Light, bringing its total investment in the fund to $5 million. This move aligns with Raison’s long-term strategy of backing funds that demonstrate disciplined growth and institutional-grade capital management.

Quantum Light was co-founded by renowned entrepreneurs and investors Nikolay Storonsky (co-founder of Revolut) and Ilya Kondrashov (founder of Kriya Finance). The fund focuses on companies at the intersection of artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics, with a global outlook and deep domain expertise in fintech, enterprise software, and B2B solutions.

Raison initially committed $3 million to the fund alongside a group of Kazakh investors. The decision to increase its stake was driven by Quantum Light’s transparent investment strategy, high-quality pipeline, and early success within its portfolio.

We support funds we have strong conviction in. Quantum Light consistently demonstrates rigorous project selection and deep analytical discipline. For us, this is a partnership built on equality, with a clear emphasis on long-term value, — commented Raison’s investment team.

Quantum Light’s portfolio includes promising startups in generative AI, industrial robotics, and B2B SaaS. Several of these companies are already progressing to Series A and B rounds, attracting the attention of major global VC firms such as Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital.

In addition, Ilya Kondrashov, one of the fund’s co-founders, is set to speak at the upcoming Raison Wealth Club meeting in London. The event, scheduled for end of the June, will bring together a select group of investors interested in gaining direct access to high-quality venture opportunities.

Raison’s continued investment in Quantum Light is part of a broader strategy to expand its exposure to high-tech venture markets while mitigating risk through collaboration with well-structured, transparent fund vehicles.
