Join an international team! We are currently looking for 3 employees in sales and marketing departments:

Investment manager

Responsibilities:

  • Attracting HNWI clients, selling investment products and advisory services across all asset classes, with a focus on private equity (pre-IPO), fixed income, and structured products;
  • Designing customized investment solutions and advising HNWI clients;
  • Conducting regular reviews of client portfolios to ensure, among other things, that the actual level of risk is in line with the planned level;
  • Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients to provide a high level of service;
  • Liaising with the Compliance department to ensure compliance with KYC and due diligence procedures and standards.

Requirements:

  • Work experience in the financial sector in the relevant position;
  • Deep understanding of investment products, financial markets, and economic trends;
  • Experience working with private clients; *Successful sales experience; *At least an intermediate level of English; *Relevant higher education is an advantage;

PR-manager

Responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the development and implementation of the company's communication strategy.
  • Raise the profile of the company and increase the loyalty of stakeholders (journalists, opinion leaders, customers, etc.) through communication.
  • Identify and create a news feed. Write press releases, articles, columns, commentaries, and other materials.
  • Arrange for the publication of these materials in the leading business media in Kazakhstan and beyond (assistance in writing materials by a copywriter is possible).
  • Identify appropriate events video and audio podcasts, and arrange for top officials to participate as speakers.
  • Help organize the company's own events (business breakfasts, evenings, etc.).
  • Negotiate cooperation with Telegram channels, bloggers, and opinion leaders.
  • Develop a personal brand of the top management.
  • Analyze the media space and the company's position, including its position to competitors.
  • Do all of the above through the company's business objectives and not in a "vacuum."

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years experience in PR, media, and journalism, preferably in finance, investment, start-ups, business, economics, and technology. Availability of a portfolio of publications/cases.
  • Knowledge of the media market in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, willingness to explore the media market in Europe, and understanding of the principles of media and social networks.
  • Ability to write texts in various formats in an informative, logical, competent, and reputational manner.
  • An upper-intermediate level of English for writing and pitching to foreign journalists.
  • An established base of contacts with journalists and opinion leaders is desirable.
  • Knowledge of Kazakh is desirable.

It will be a good point if you have:

  • Experience in event organization.
  • Interest in finance, investment, business, start-ups, and technology.

Conditions:

  • Office in Almaty / Astana, partially remote working is possible, but it is essential to be in the office at least 3 days a week and to attend events.
  • The working day is from 10.00 to 19.00 or from 11.00 to 20.00.
  • The trial period is 3 months.
  • At the end of the probationary period, registration under a contract of employment.

Copywriter\content-manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the company's content strategy across various communication channels (website, email, socials, TG-channel, landing pages, webinars, etc.).
  • Write news, letters, blog articles, social media posts, and texts for advertising and, if required, assist a PR specialist in writing media materials (press releases, articles, columns, commentaries).
  • Prepare content for presentations.
  • Translate texts from Russian to English and vice versa, and edit the automatic translation on the website.
  • Do the above per the company's business objectives, not in a "vacuum."

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of writing experience, preferably in finance, investment, start-ups, economics, business, and technology. Have a portfolio of publications.
  • Understanding the principles of websites, media, and social networks.
  • Ability to "get" the necessary information from a company employee and in reputable open sources, verify and coordinate with management, compliance, etc.
  • The ability to conduct research, analyze information, and apply it to writing.
  • Ability to write texts in various formats in an informative, logical, competent manner and in such a way that they contribute to the company's growth.
  • Knowledge of Kazakh and English (English is equivalent to Upper-Intermediate).

It will be a plus:

  • Interest in finance, investment, economy, start-ups, and technology.
  • Experience in SEO optimization of the website through content. Work experience in CRM.
  • Experience in maintaining Telegram channels and social media accounts.
  • Ability to use neural networks.

Conditions:

  • Almaty/Astana office, a hybrid work schedule is possible.
  • The working day is from 10.00 to 19.00 or from 11.00 to 20.00.
  • The probationary period is 3 months.
  • The employee is registered under an employment contract at the end of the probationary period.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on the results of completed KPIs.
