Raison solves both of these problems.

By combining our years of asset management experience, legal infrastructure, and modern technological platform, we have developed a universal solution for investors with varying needs and capital sizes.

Raison's account plans: Launch, Growth, Wealth — there's something for everyone

To ensure every client can achieve their goals, we have created three account plans with varying sets of services and minimum deposit requirements. From the basic free Launch plan for all users to the Wealth plan for affluent investors who appreciate a comprehensive approach to their wealth.

• Launch: the basic plan from $0. Venture deals, virtual currencies, and stock purchases (coming soon) are available.
• Growth (coming soon): the premium plan from $10,000. It includes venture deals with cashback, virtual currencies with a reduced exchange rate, and purchases of stocks and bonds (coming soon).
• Wealth: personalized plan from $50,000. Personal manager, exclusive venture deals with cashback, trust management, consulting, structured notes, virtual currencies with a reduced exchange rate, and purchases of stocks and bonds (coming soon).

Raison clients will have access to a wide range of tools depending on the chosen account plan.

• Venture Deals: investments in private tech companies with high growth potential, including top Silicon Valley startups such as Anthropic, Neuralink, and Scale AI.
• Investment management: managing clients' assets in line with their profitability goals and risk tolerance. This service suits investors who want to earn above-average returns and not spend time on asset picking and trading.
• Stocks and bonds (coming soon): buying and selling publicly traded securities.
• Structured notes: investments in structured products with a predefined investment term, profitability, and risk level.
• Consulting: developing personalized investment strategies considering the client's goals and preferences.
• Virtual currencies: exchanging fiat currencies for stablecoins and other virtual currencies.

A robust legal infrastructure for client security

Over the past year, we have strengthened our legal infrastructure to expand the list of services in the international market. Raison Asset Management, a management company, has joined Raison FinTechnologies. We have added a broker-dealer license to the list of licenses held by the group's companies, which will soon enable public securities trading in the app. This license was obtained by our subsidiary Raison Securities, registered with the AIFC (Kazakhstan). From October 2023, UAB Raison Markets, licensed by the European Union's financial regulator (Lithuania), will provide virtual currency exchange services and depository virtual currency wallet services.

Today, Raison FinTechnologies comprises five subsidiaries:

• Raison Securities Limited: licensed by the Astana Financial Services Authority (AIFC) for broker-dealer activities and investment consulting.
• Raison Asset Management Corp.: registered as an investment advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, licensed as an investment manager by the BVI Financial Services Commission. The venture fund Element GTPP, managed by the company, is also licensed and undergoes annual audits.
• UAB Raison Markets: licensed by the Lithuanian Financial Crime Investigation Service as a provider of virtual currency exchange services and depository virtual currency wallet services.
• RSN Finance OÜ registered as money services provider with the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network, FinCEN.
• Raison Digital Ltd: an IT platform for storing digital keys.

Raison app website and the Raison mobile application

Following the consolidation of all subsidiaries under one brand, raison.app became the only official website for the group from October 2023.

Version 2.0 has already been launched and is being gradually improved: pages about new products and services are appearing, and a login feature for Raison Wealth tariff clients has been added. Soon, there will also be a language-switching button (initially from English to Russian, with Kazakh to be added later).

The Raison mobile application is also changing. Soon, it will feature new services, particularly the long-awaited stock trading. We will also update the design to make the app more user-friendly.
